Gorillas in the Mist
Gorillas in the Mist is a 1988 American drama film directed by Michael Apted. It is based on the autobiographical 1983 book by naturalist Dian Fossey. Dian Fossey is a scientist who came to Africa to study the vanishing mountain gorillas. And then, she refuse all the suggestions and requests and becomes a militant animal-rights activist, burning down the poachers’ villages and even staging a mock execution of one of the offenders.
