Dreamgirls
Dreamgirls is a film about the life of Effie White, Deena Jones and Lorrell Robinson. Three young girls form a trio in the city of Detroit, Michigan called “The Dreamettes”. Thanks to the help of the recorded manager - Curtis Taylor, Dreamettes becomes famous as the vocal group for singer James “Thunder” Early. Conflicts occur between members of the singing group when Curtis moves into a pop band trend, with the new name “The Dreams”.
